This is our signature flavor and was designed specifically to enhance an Old Fashioned with the flavors of dried cherries, ginger, and warm baking spices, plus just enough bitterness to keep things interesting. These bitters also work great in a Manhattan, Dark and Stormy, or anywhere you would use Angostura.

Ingredients: alcohol, water, organic sugar, dried bing cherries, fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, quassia, walnut leaf, wild cherry bark, sarsaparilla, grains of paradise, allspice, cassia, gentian, cloves

Second Serve:

• 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 1 oz fino sherry
• 1 oz lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• 4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Aromatic Bitters
• Soda water

Combine amaro, sherry, lime juice, simple, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda and garnish with an orange slice.
