Thyme & Date Old Fashioned
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- .5 oz date nectar
- 3 dashes chocolate walnut bitters
Gently muddle a sprig of thyme and lemon peel in an old fashioned glass. Add remaining ingredients to the rocks glass over a large ice cube and stir.
