Craft Cocktail Techniques:

Instead of learning out of a cocktail book or watching a video that can’t give you real-time pointers and tips; you’ll practice how to shake, stir, measure and pour along side someone you can ask questions of, so you’ll be sure to have no issues when you’re whipping up cocktails at home for yourself, friends and family.

Introduction to Cocktail Bitters

Everything You Need to Know to Start Experimenting with Cocktail Bitters! We’ll have an overview discussion of what bitters are, then we’ll taste a variety of the different flavors from old classics to some truly unique homemade bitters. We’ll try them straight at their most robust as well as diluted and “drinkable”. And lastly, we’ll make one cocktail a few times, only varying the bitters to see how a few dashes of different bitters can affect the balance and flavor of a cocktail.

We also offer classes featuring guest bartenders, brand ambassadors and more, periodically. These can be offered on short notice and thus will mainly be advertised via Facebook or Twitter.

Can’t make a specific class? Have a request for a topic you don’t see here? Or maybe you have a ideas for a guest speaker you’d like to see. Let us know. We’re always looking for new inspiration.

All classes will be held at the Davis Square location, unless noted in the description.

**Cancelation Policy** In most cases we require enrollment of at least fifty percent for a class to run. If your class is in danger of being cancelled we will notify you at least a day in advance and do our best to fill the seats. The final call for a given session will be made the morning of the class session in question. If your class is cancelled, you can either request a refund, store credit, or transfer the cost of the course towards another session. Thank you for your understanding.
