The Tropi 500 bitters are the fifth iteration of Crude's annual tiki bitters. They have rich fruity notes, caramelized coconut, and a hint of baking spice from the allspice. They take any tiki cocktail to the next level and work beautifully in a rum Old Fashioned.

Twelve Mile Limit

• 1 oz white rum
• .5 oz rye whiskey
• .5 oz brandy
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz grenadine
• 1 dropperful Tropi-500 bitters

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, then ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a coupe.
