Created with Texas and Mexico in mind, these bitters are sour and spicy, with notes of grapefruit, lime, cilantro, habanero, jalapeño and cumin.
Pairing: These bitters were made to pair with tequila, but they play well with other liquors too. Use in almost any spicy or savory cocktail recipe, we find the pair nicely with both gin and vodka based martinis.
Recipes: Great in a spicy margarita or spicy martini, we also love these in our nightly fresquilas (Fresca + Tequila + a few dashes of Fuego bitters). Click here for more recipe inspiration.

- 1.5 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz Campari
- .75 oz pomegranate juice
- .25 oz fresh orange juice
- .5 oz honey syrup
- 4-6 dashes El Guapo Fuego bitters
Add all ingredients to your shaker, then ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
