We create these bitters using fresh Pontchatoula strawberries and locally foraged berries. Well balanced with notes of clove, cinnamon and allspice, these bitters are our most popular seasonal product.

Pairing: These pair well with... everything. We use these frequently in margaritas, daiquiris and myriad summer lemonades and fizzy concoctions. We're known to throw them into a Pimm's Cups or use them to dress up simple classics like vodka with lemonade.

Strawberry Balsamic Basil Daisy

• 2 oz gin
• .75 oz basil simple syrup
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .25 oz balsamic vinegar
• 3 strawberries
• 5 dashes El Guapo Summer Berries bitters

Add all ingredients to your shaker, muddle the strawberries gently. Top with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
