Pairings: bourbon, whiskey, rye whiskey, dark rum, barrel-aged gin, orange, grapefruit, peach, cherry, pork, maple, fennel, vanilla and more.
Naturally vegan & gluten free.
Spiced Paloma
- 1.5 oz Chai Pear shrub
- .5 oz thyme-infused simple syrup
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- Sparkling water
Add all ingredients to a highball glass over fresh ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Add an ounce of tequila for an alcoholic version of this drink.
