- 1.5 oz white rum
- .5 oz blue curaçao
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker along with a scoop of crushed ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then pour into your favorite tiki mug over fresh crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
