Celery bitters add savory depth to gin and vodka cocktails, turning any brunch into a special occasion!
Bloody Mary
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz fresh tomato juice
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- 2-4 dashes celery bitters
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to your shaker, then ice. With strainer in place, pour back and forth between the large and small tins, until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a celery stick.
