Chocolate Chili Bitters by Miracle Mile Bitters Co. was the flavor that launched the Los Angeles-based, small-batch bitters company! It combines Valrhona cacao nibs with cinnamon, clove, ginger, star anise, and three types of chilies. Spicy and warming, this handcrafted small-batch bitters variety is perfect for adding to tequila or rum cocktails, or even to a cup of coffee for a special little kick!

Sherry-Tequila Flip

• 1 oz reposado tequila
• 1 oz amontillado or oloroso sherry
• 1 whole egg
• 2-4 dashes chocolate chili bitters.

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, then ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a coupe. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
