Bittermens Small Batch Bitters, a brand of cocktail bitters and flavorings, has been at the forefront of the craft bitters movement since early 2007 when they began supplying select San Francisco area bars with a prototype of their Xocolatl Mole Bitters.
Combining a passion for craft cocktails and a desire to challenge bartenders around the world, Bittermens went on to develop a line of contemporary cocktail flavorings including the Hopped Grapefruit Bitter, ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitter and Boston Bittah.
Bittermens continues to push the envelope with their recently debuted Burlesque Bitters with hibiscus, açai berry and long pepper flavors.
