The True Rich Simple Syrup is made from high-quality raw demerara sugar. Raw demerara sugar more closely resembles the sugar used when the cocktail industry first blossomed in the late 19th century. It contains more molasses than today's refined sugar, which is chemically stripped of molasses and hyper-concentrated using bone char.

It brings extra texture and mouthfeel to classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned and the Daiquiri. Use half as much of this thick syrup in place of simple syrup in your homemade cocktail and punch recipes. It also makes an awesome substitute for maple syrup!

One 16oz. bottle makes 32-50 drinks. Shelf stable 12 months. Refrigerate after opening. Will keep refrigerated for 12 months.

There is no use of stabilizers. If this product crystallizes after a few months in the fridge, reheat the bottle in a warm water bath to achieve your desired consistency.
