Orient Express

• 2 oz mezcal
• .25 oz rich simple syrup
• 3 dashes orange bitters
• 2 dropperfuls Scorpion bitters

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass over a large ice cube and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.
