SCRAPPY’S ANSWER TO THE CLASSIC AROMATIC BITTERS. THESE BITTERS WERE CREATED TO BE USED IN CLASSIC COCKTAIL RECIPES. THEY ADD BALANCE – AND A BIT OF SPICE – TO YOUR FAVORITE SPIRITS. THEY MAKE A KILLER BAR GINGER, TOO!
Affinity
- 1.5 oz blended scotch
- .75 oz sweet vermouth
- .75 oz dry vermouth
- 2-4 dashes aromatic bitters
Add all ingredients to your mixing glass, then add ice. Stir for 20 seconds and then strain with your hawthorne or julep strainer into your manhattan glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Scrappy's Bitters are some of the best bitters on the market. Love the Aromatic bitters in a Manhattan along with Scrappy's Orange bitters. Also, try both in an Old Fashioned!
