Dishwasher safe.
Queen's Park Swizzle:
- 8-10 mint leaves
- .75 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz aged rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in the base of the glass. Add the remaining ingredients (except the bitters), then top with crushed ice until the glass is 3/4s full. Swizzle vigorously until the glass is frosted. Top with bitters and an additional scoop of crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
