Leaf Peeper

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• .5 oz Charred Oak and Maple syrup
• 2-4 dashes aromatic bitters

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass over a large ice cube and stir. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and an orange peel.
