The Scofflaw

• 1.5 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz grenadine
• 2-4 dashes orange bitters

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, then ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.
